Infants and toddlers will learn how to move with the music and develop a sense of moving in rhythm, this can help develop physical skills such as walking, running, or jumping. Dancing also promotes healthy lungs and heart through exercise. Dancing will help the child learn sounds and language through repetition and rhythm.
